5 bananas, Cut into 2-inch pieces2 cups coconut milk, Low fat is fine4 tablespoons granulated sugar1⁄2 teaspoon salt1 cinnamon stick1⁄4 cup toasted coconut (optional)1 mango, peeled pitted and cubed (optional)

In a saucepan, heat the coconut milk with the cinnamon, sugar and salt, and cook gently until the sugar has dissolved. Add the banana pieces and cook gently for 5 minutes.Remove cinnamon and discard.Divide the mixture into 6-8 small bowls and serve warm.Garnish with toasted coconut and mango as desired
