Belgian Waffles
These came out pretty good. Depending on how well your waffle iron nonstick coating works, you may not need to oil the iron.

2 cups flour4 teaspoons baking powder1⁄2 teaspoon salt1⁄4 cup sugar2 eggs1⁄2 cup vegetable oil2 cups milk1 teaspoon vanilla

Oil the waffle makerSift the dry ingredients together in a large bowlIn separate bowl, separate egg whites and beat until stiff peaks formIn a separate bowl, mix together the egg yolks, milk, oil , and vanilla, stir slightlyAdd to dry ingredients and mix wellFold in egg whitesCook in waffle iron on medium-high heat for around 5-10 minutes
