Crock Pot Red Beans and Rice

1 lb bag of dried red beans7 cups water1 green bell pepper, chopped1 medium onion, chopped3 celery stalks, chopped3 garlic cloves, chopped or minced2 cans Campbell’s chicken broth1 1/2 pounds smoked sausage2 tablespoons Creole SeasoningCooked rice

Rinse beans thoroughly and put into crock pot.Add water, chicken broth, garlic and chopped vegetables to the beans.Slice the sausage into bite sized pieces add to the crock pot along with the creole seasoning.Cook on high for about 7 hours.When ready to eat, cook rice according to package.Put desired amount of rice in the bottom of a bowl and top with desired amount of red beans and rice.
