Ingredients

  • 6-8 medium tomatoes
  • 1/2 - 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/2 large yellow onion
  • 1 lime
  • 1/2 bunch of cilantro
  • 1 teaspoons of salt.
  • 1-2 Serrano or jalapeño peppers

Directions

  • Boil a pot of hot water, after it boils, turn it off and let the tomatoes set for 3-5 min.
  • Chop up onion, garlic and peppers.
  • Separate the stems from the cilantro.
  • Either use a food processor or blender.
  • Cut lime in half and squeeze the juice.
  • Add salt to taste.
  • Make it hotter by adding another pepper.
