1/2" thick pork chops 4-6Bread crumbs 2 cupsBrown sugar 1/2 cupSalt 1 tspDry Italian Seasoning 2 Tbsp.Butter or Olive Oil to cover the bottom of a cast iron pan or saute panApple wedges

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.Cover each pork chop in the dry mixture.Put butter or oil in the frying pan, place pork chops into warm butter or oil allowing it to come up to temperature with the meat in it (this will lock the moisture in).Fry each side of the pork chops until golden brown
